Medical Director

360X Healthcare Division is looking for a Medical Director who can lead with purpose and handle real-world clinic dynamics, not just policy.

This is the top priority hire because the organization needs a leader who can:

• Unify Internal + Family Medicine across nine clinics and create consistent standards of care
• Navigate conflict and tough conversations with confidence, fairness, and steadiness
• Support providers without avoiding accountability (coaching, auditing, performance conversations)
• Protect access, quality, and patient experience while balancing operational realities

✅ Build trust with providers and clinic leadership while setting clear expectations

✅ Improve consistency in workflows, care guidelines, and clinical operations

✅ Step into conflict early, resolve issues directly, and keep the team moving forward

• 4 days administrative leadership + 1 day in clinic
• This is not a “desk-only” role. You will lead, then model it in practice.

You might be a strong match if you have:

• A genuine heart for the underserved (FQHC/community health background strongly preferred)
• The toughness and emotional intelligence to lead through internal friction
• Experience in Internal Medicine and/or Family Medicine leadership (or readiness to step into it)
• Comfort being the connector between providers, operations, and executive leadership

MD/DO (or APP per role structure), board certified, active license (or ability to obtain AZ), DEA, and required clearances.
