Aboutthe role
The Project Manager will lead strategic industrialization programs. The Project Manager is responsible for achieving program objectives and works closely with the Industrial Team Lead and Management Team to execute the plan. The role requires a working knowledge of the technical and organizational environments in which program deliverables are created and used. The Project Manager must be an excellent communicator at all levels, proactive, and exhibit strong leadership and influence skills within a dynamic, potentially geographically dispersed program environment.
Responsibilities- Responsible for meeting the scope, schedule, resources, and budget commitments reflected in the Program Management Plan.
- Drive and support the cross-functional Program Management Plan within the constraints established and approved by the Industrialization Leader.
- Implement and enforce change control over program scope, schedule, resources, and budget.
- Negotiate with functional managers and/or organizational management to obtain adequate resources with appropriate skills.
- Manage the timely resolution of issues and, when necessary, escalation of issues outside the program team’s scope.
- Continually identify and proactively manage program risks and issues, ensuring execution of corrective action plans up to closure.
- Monitor the program and report its status to management on a regular basis.
- Industrial Engineering degree and/or Construction Management experience.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in construction management, manufacturing operations, or process improvement.
- Strong understanding of finance and cost accounting.
- Fluent in English.
- Demonstrated ability to drive results in an entrepreneurial, fast‑moving organization.
- At least 3 years of project management experience, with strong project leadership, risk management, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Analytical skills: high attention to detail and strong analytical abilities.
- Leadership skills: excellent verbal and written communication, organized, able to influence without authority, problem‑solver, and self‑motivated.
