General Manager

* ** Basic Function*
* Manages all fulfillment center and delivery activities to ensure operational excellence, efficiency, and compliance.

** Reporting*
* Reports to the Regional Manager.

** Primary Responsibilities*
* + WMS experience and RF technology proficiency

+ Microsoft Office Suite proficiency

+ Management of Class A and Class B delivery fleet

+ Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) management

+ Security and Loss Prevention experience

+ Property and Asset maintenance oversight

+ OSHA and DOT safety training experience

+ Strong customer relations skills

+ Motivational and accountability leadership skills

+ High attention to detail and proactive mindset

+ Clear and articulate communication skills

+ Supply chain knowledge (demand planning and scheduling)

+ Excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills

+ Team-oriented with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments

+ Advanced understanding of shipping, receiving, logistics, and inventory control

** Position Requirements*
* + Minimum of 5 years' experience in logistics and/or warehouse management

+ College-level education may be substituted for up to 2 years of experience
