Project Manager​/Planner

Position: Relocation Project Manager/Planner
* Serve as primary planning liaison between CREWS and business stakeholders
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, proactively assisting in achieving business objectives
* Understand client business needs and verify project requirements
* Validate work orders and project requests with Real Estate Advisory and CREWS teams
* Coordinate all requests with OP/WPS to confirm workplace alignment
* Train existing and new Move Coordinators in their roles and responsibilities
* Conduct Move Coordinator Training and Lessons Learned Reviews
* KPI and CSAT follow up
* Support Artwork Requests
* Field all client questions and direct them to appropriate resources
* 3+ years of experience in facilities, move management, workplace operations, space planning, workplace strategy, or project coordination
* PMP or similar certification preferred
* Experience managing workplace moves, adds, and changes (MAC)
* Experience working with construction, AV, IT, and security teams
* Experience in corporate real estate or large campus environments
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Knowledge of building codes and workplace standards
* Familiarity with AutoCAD, space planning software, or IWMS platforms
* Proficiency in planning tools and space management systems
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Strong understanding of project lifecycle management and budgeting processes
* Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
* Primarily office-based in a corporate environment with regular interaction across departments
* Periodic on-site presence in active construction or renovation areas
* Fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent projects and shifting priorities
* Ability to sit or stand for extended periods while working at a computer
* Frequent walking of office floors and facilities to conduct space reviews, site walks, and project assessments
* Ability to travel between buildings or campus locations as needed
* Occasionally lift and/or move items up to 25 pounds (e.g., plans, small furniture pieces, materials)
* Ability to access construction or renovation areas, which may require personal protective equipment (PPE)
