Job Title:
Interim Payroll Manager
Location:
Remote (client based in AZ)
Pay Rate: $55 per hour
Project Duration: 2+ months
Target
Start Date:
Wednesday, March 4th
- Lead and oversee a team of three payroll specialists
- Manage end‑to‑end payroll operations for 1,500 employees across multiple states
- Ensure timely, accurate payroll processing
- Maintain stability and confidence among payroll staff during organizational transition
- Bachelor's or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a hands‑on Payroll Manager
- Experience with Paylocity strongly preferred
- Ability to operate with limited oversight in a fast‑moving environment
