About the Community You Will Lead:
Mountain Park Ranch is a 3,000-acre master-planned, self managed community nestled in the scenic Ahwatukee Foothills of Phoenix. Our association includes:
- 7,008 residential units (single-family homes, condos, townhomes, apartments)
- Commercial space
- 3 recreation centers
- Beautifully maintained grounds and mountain views
- A dedicated on-site team (7 full-time, 5 part-time, 10 seasonal staff)

What You Will Do:As Executive Director, you are the operational leader of the Association. You will work closely with the Board to ensure the community remains:
- Financially sound
- Operationally strong
- Beautifully maintained
- Fully compliant with governing documents and Arizona statutes
- Partnering with the Board on strategic planning and policy implementation
- Supervising and developing office and maintenance staff
- Overseeing budgets, audits, and reserve planning
- Managing contracts, vendors, and capital projects
- Preparing Board meeting materials and reports
- Ensuring compliance and risk management
- Serving as the primary liaison for residents, counsel, accountants, and public safety agencies
This role requires both executive presence and hands‑on involvement — including availability for emergencies when needed.
What We Are Looking For :You are an experienced, confident leader who values professionalism, collaboration, and long-term impact.
You Bring:- 7+ years in large scale community association governance
- Professional designations from CAMICB/CAI including CMCA or AMS
- Experience with facilities management including pools, budgets, financials, reserves, building trades, and landscape management for large scale communities
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of building systems and vendor management
- Working knowledge of Arizona HOA statutes and governing documents
- Integrity, discretion, and sound judgment
- Comfort with Microsoft Office, Zoom, and association management software, Experience with eUnify is a plus
- $95,000 – $125,000 (DOE)
