Manager for the Phoenix, AZ territory. This is a Remote role; however, candidates must reside in the Phoenix area.

- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
:
Proactively prospect, acquire, and nurture client relationships to ensure the successful placement of IT and /or Aerospace professionals that meet client needs. - Collaborate with Recruitment Teams
:
Work closely with the recruitment team to understand client requirements and deliver tailored staffing solutions. - Talent Marketing
:
Present and promote the skills, expertise, and abilities of IT and/or Aerospace professionals to clients, ensuring the best possible match for both the client and the talent. - Database Management
:
Build, maintain, and qualify a robust database of clients and prospects, ensuring alignment with market opportunities to drive business growth. - Networking: Actively participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build relationships, enhance brand visibility, and expand the company’s market presence.
- Industry Expertise
:
Proven experience in the Staffing & Recruiting industry, with a focus on Information Technology staffing. - Experience
: A minimum of 5+ years of success in IT and/or Aerospace staffing, including sales, business development, and account management. - Track Record
:
Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets and building lasting client relationships. - Skills
:
Exceptional negotiation, written, and verbal communication skills. - Attributes
:
