About the Company
Our client is a factory direct supplier serving the multi-family renovation space across Arizona and Texas. Headquartered in Phoenix with a distribution center in Dallas. They are a multi‑million dollar organization, situated in two updated, and pristine warehouses. After recent restructuring, the company is focused on strengthening operations and positioning itself for its next phase of growth.
The RoleThe Director of Operations will report to the President and oversee warehouse operations in Arizona and Texas. This leader will drive process improvement, implement best practices, build KPIs, and strengthen accountability across the organization. They are looking for someone who can operate at an executive level while remaining hands on with the team, improving inventory management, developing leaders, and creating structure where it is needed most.

- Base salary range of $125k+
- Performance based bonus tied to operational savings ($150-200k+ OTE)
