Schedule: Mon - Fri 6am – 2pm

QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

High School Diploma or GED, required

Bachelor’s degree in social service field or equivalent experience, preferred

Experience

Minimum of 2 years experience working in compliance, quality management, or audits, required

1 year of experience working with child welfare standards, best practices, and compliance issues, strongly preferred

2 years of leadership or supervisory experience, required

Strong verbal and written communication skills, required

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES

will include but are not limited to:

  • Collect program data, assess program compliance, and provide programmatic recommendations regarding the implementation of all contractual requirements
  • Revise procedures, reports, etc., periodically after identifying hidden risks or non-conformity issues; partner with program leadership to review potential compliance red flags or risks
  • Coordinate the creation of program tools to monitor compliance within all departments, maintaining the internal program manual by partnering with QM; serving on the QM committee if applicable
  • Report to Director processes to establish reliable internal controls, and protocols to ensure practices and policies are consistent and accurately applied; continually review these measures to evaluate efficiency in monthly reports
  • Maintain accurate records in accordance with program policy and other contractual requirements
  • Ensure program quality, continuity of policy compliance within the program, and accurate documentation, both manually and electronically, as stipulated by program contracts, laws, accrediting bodies, as well as agency policies and procedures
PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Maintain a professional working relationship with clients, A New Leaf employees, community members and the public to ensure proper representation of A New Leaf.
  • Be aware of, and abide by, the rules and regulations governing the professional behavior of A New Leaf staff, including code of conduct, ethics, professional standards, contractual obligations, and general demeanor.
  • Attend and participate in meetings and/or projects as requested by management.
  • Complete and maintain all required training A New Leaf deems necessary.
  • Assist with responsibility for appearance, cleanliness, and maintenance of facility and equipment in the

Current Auto Liability Insurance

39 Month Motor Vehicle Record
