Warehouse Supervisor

Position Responsibilities

• The Warehouse Supervisor, in collaboration with the Warehouse Manager, ensures the receipt, coordination, and safety of goods coming through the warehouse.
• Ensures orders arrive and are dispatched on time to the appropriate destinations and in the expected quantities.
• Staffs, schedules, trains, evaluates, and develops warehouse team members.
• Oversees warehouse productivity by ensuring customer schedules are met and operational efficiency is maximized.
• Allocates necessary space for stock rotation, maintains appropriate inventory levels, and implements product loss controls.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Associate's Degree with 3‑4+ years of related experience and 0‑1+ years supervisory experience, or a High School Diploma/GED with 5+ years of related experience and 2+ years supervisory experience.

• Bachelor's Degree.
