A healthcare staffing agency is seeking a Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) for an LTAC facility in the Phoenix area. Candidates must possess 5 years of inpatient hospital experience and 2 years of recent Nursing Management experience. Responsibilities include managing staff, budget oversight, and ensuring quality patient care. A Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is required, along with appropriate state licensure. Preferred certification includes BLS and CRRN certification within a year of hire.
