Salary $175,000 - $250,000 per year

We’re a fast-growing commercial roofing platform serving the Western U.S., built around teamwork, operational excellence, and a next level mindset. Our organization is grounded in safety, integrity, professionalism, communication, and building high-performing regional teams. As the business continues to expand, we’re looking for a dynamic Vice President to lead our Arizona operations and help shape the future of our regional success.

• High-impact leadership role overseeing a full business unit

• Lead the Arizona commercial roofing division to hit revenue, margin, and EBITDA goals
• Drive strategic initiatives aligned with the company’s long-term growth vision
• Strengthen relationships with owners, GCs, asset managers, and key commercial clients
• Expand brand presence and diversify roofing service offerings

• Oversee estimating, PM, service, production, and safety teams
• Ensure quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction across all projects
• Implement operational standards and safety programs
• Manage forecasting, budgeting, KPIs, and WIP meetings

• Build, coach, and develop a high-performing local team
• Cultivate a culture based on safety, communication, integrity, and professionalism
• Drive engagement, accountability, and long-term retention

• Support BD and marketing efforts through networking and key account management
• Attend industry associations and events to strengthen market presence
• Utilize CRM/ERP platforms to manage pipeline and forecasting

• Full P&L ownership of the Arizona region
• Ensure accurate job costing, cash flow, AR health, and contract compliance
• Oversee administrative reporting, operations reviews, and financial transparency

• 7+ years of leadership experience in commercial roofing, construction, or related services
• Proven success leading teams and managing full P&L
• Strong business development, client management, and operational oversight background
• Strategic thinker who can execute tactically
• Excellent communication and leadership capabilities
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Business preferred
