A Day in the Life:
In the position of Warehouse Supervisor at Monster Energy Company, you will be at the heart of our dynamic operations, supervising and coordinating the daily activities of our energetic team. You'll oversee the movement and handling of materials, as well as the receiving, loading, unloading, transporting, stacking, order filling, shipping, and maintaining stock in our storeroom or warehouse. Your leadership will ensure that every aspect runs smoothly, reflecting the vibrant and fast-paced spirit of our exciting lifestyle brands.
This role is crucial in maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations, helping to fuel the excitement that Monster Energy brings to our consumers every day.
The impact you'll make:
- Assist with design and implementation of work methods and operational procedures for activities, such as verification of incoming and outgoing shipments, handling and disposition of materials, and keeping warehouse inventory current.
- Review shipping or receiving orders and requests for movement of materials and products. Manage inventory accuracy through monitoring daily warehouse activities, cycle counts, stock takes, and audits to verify results.
- Develop work schedules and assign work to subordinates. Supervise staff, manage workload, and provide effective guidance and direction. May train, evaluate employee performance, and recommend or initiate promotions, transfers, and disciplinary action.
- Review work processes, recommend measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of product or service, and suggest changes in working conditions to increase efficiency.
- Provide leadership support by establishing clear expectations and demonstrating high standards of work practices and safety-conscious behavior.
- Communicate with other shift supervisors and warehouse manager regarding the progress of the shift and any outstanding issues.
- Keep accurate records, and prepare and submit required paperwork
Who you are:
- Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of -- Business Administration, or related field of study
- Additional Experience Desired:
Between 3-5 years of experience in Warehouse supervisor role - Computer Skills Desired:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office. SAP experience preferred - Preferred
Certifications:
OSHA Forklift Certification a plus
Monster Energy provides a competitive total compensation. This position has an annual estimated salary of $47,520 - $63,360. The actual pay may vary depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
