We are seeking an enthusiastic, detailed oriented candidate with a desire to help us exceed our customers’ expectations and become part of a winning team. As a Customer Service Manager for Overhaul, you will need to be action-oriented and a flexible problem-solver who listens to our customers’ needs and offers innovative solutions. You will become knowledgeable of our company products and programs as well as be responsible for the team managing our repair station, receiving inspectors and customer service representatives.
EssentialFunctions

- Develops and implements strategic plans to improve customer satisfaction.
- Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly.
- Provides data and sales forecasts to materials for production scheduling and material requirements.
- Assists sales and business unit manager (BUM) in reviewing or performing market analyses to determine customer needs, price schedules, and discount rates.
- Manages and directs staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and improve the customer service function and receiving inspection.
- Coordinates liaison between sales and materials, quality and manufacturing management and other personnel.
- Analyzes and controls expenditures of the department to conform to budgetary requirements.
- Assists other departments within the organization to prepare or distribute manuals, product brochures, and technical publications.
- Assists in preparing periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales and areas of proposed client base expansion.
- Manages daily reporting and tracking of open quotes, customer turnaround time, sales etc.
- Handles the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation.
- Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include safety, interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

This position manages all employees of the department and is responsible for the performance management and hiring of the employees within the department.
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

This is a full-time position. Days of work are Monday through Friday. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

RequiredEducation and Experience
Bachelor’s degree or five or more years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience, preferably aerospace related.
Additional Eligibility Qualifications- Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations.
