Sales & Marketing Manager

At American Solar & Roofing, we’re building a better future for our employees, customers, and community. We’re seeking a Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our teams, drive growth, and uphold our core values.

• Serve on the Leadership Council to drive company growth, culture, and long-term strategic planning through EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System).
• Lead, manage, and hold team members accountable to company standards and KPIs.
• Foster alignment between departments, ensuring all initiatives support the company’s vision and goals.
• Recruit, hire, and develop a professional, high-performing sales team. Coach, motivate, and hold sales reps accountable for activity and results.
• Set and monitor weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales goals with clear action plans.
• Analyze performance data to forecast growth and identify opportunities.
• Ensure customer experience excellence through proactive support and resolution.
• Oversee all marketing content, digital presence, and lead generation efforts.
• Manage and guide the marketing team to create consistent, high-quality, on-brand content.
• Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies that support sales goals.
• Optimize all marketing channels, including website, social media, email, and print, for engagement and conversion.
• Collaborate with vendors, manage budgets, and evaluate campaigns to maximize ROI.

• Proven success leading Sales and/or Marketing teams, ideally in a service based or renewable energy industry.
• Strong understanding of KPIs, forecasting, and performance management.
• Experience in digital marketing, content strategy, and lead generation. A natural leader who coaches with kindness, holds others accountable, and leads by example.
• Familiarity with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) is a plus. Passion for teamwork, personal growth, and making an impact.

• $65,000 – $75,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commissions
• First Year On-Target Earnings: $150,000 – $200,000
