We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to lead and integrate warehouse, logistics, procurement coordination, and customer service operations. This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end operational execution, driving cross-functional alignment, and ensuring scalable, efficient, and customer-focused operations.

. - Manage complex, cross-functional projects to optimize material flow, inventory accuracy, delivery performance, and service quality.
- Establish governance structures, project timelines, milestones, and performance metrics.
- Ensure operational initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
- Coordinate with procurement teams to align purchasing strategies with operational and project needs.
- Provide strategic oversight of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics execution.
- Manage third-party logistics providers (3PL), freight forwarders, suppliers, and service partners.
- Ensure materials are properly planned, received, stored, and delivered according to operational and customer requirements.
- Oversee customer service operations related to order fulfillment, delivery coordination, and issue resolution.
- Act as a key escalation point for customer and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure clear communication and alignment between customers, operations, and service teams.
- Drive service-level performance and customer satisfaction improvements.
- Lead, mentor, and develop managers and cross-functional teams across operations.
- Facilitate effective communication among procurement, warehouse, logistics, customer service, finance, and project teams.
- Prepare and present executive-level updates, dashboards, and project status reports.
- Identify operational risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, cost control, and scalability.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, safety standards, and applicable local and federal regulations.
- Support and oversee ERP, WMS, and operational system integration and optimization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, logistics, or project management roles.
- Proven experience managing warehouse, logistics, procurement coordination, and customer service operations
. - Strong people management experience, including leading managers and cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing large-scale, complex, cross-functional projects.
