We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to lead and integrate warehouse, logistics, procurement coordination, and customer service operations. This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end operational execution, driving cross-functional alignment, and ensuring scalable, efficient, and customer-focused operations.

• Lead and oversee integrated operations across warehouse management, logistics, procurement coordination, and customer service

• Manage complex, cross-functional projects to optimize material flow, inventory accuracy, delivery performance, and service quality.
• Establish governance structures, project timelines, milestones, and performance metrics.
• Ensure operational initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

• Coordinate with procurement teams to align purchasing strategies with operational and project needs.
• Provide strategic oversight of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics execution.
• Manage third-party logistics providers (3PL), freight forwarders, suppliers, and service partners.
• Ensure materials are properly planned, received, stored, and delivered according to operational and customer requirements.
• Oversee customer service operations related to order fulfillment, delivery coordination, and issue resolution.
• Act as a key escalation point for customer and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure clear communication and alignment between customers, operations, and service teams.
• Drive service-level performance and customer satisfaction improvements.

• Lead, mentor, and develop managers and cross-functional teams across operations.
• Facilitate effective communication among procurement, warehouse, logistics, customer service, finance, and project teams.
• Prepare and present executive-level updates, dashboards, and project status reports.

• Identify operational risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, cost control, and scalability.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, safety standards, and applicable local and federal regulations.
• Support and oversee ERP, WMS, and operational system integration and optimization.

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, logistics, or project management roles.
• Proven experience managing warehouse, logistics, procurement coordination, and customer service operations

• Strong people management experience, including leading managers and cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing large-scale, complex, cross-functional projects.
