This yard is strategically located just north of Phoenix, it serves a booming market and has earned strong brand recognition across the region.

What Youll Own:
You're not babysitting a businessyoure running the business. Every moving piece, from the morning deliveries to the last forklift parked at night, is yours to lead. Youll wear many hats: strategist, coach, operator, customer advocate, and P&L protector.

Your job in plain terms:

• Drive performance and profitability of a $20M+ yard in a highly competitive market
• Lead a team of high-performing managers, drivers, loaders, and sales reps
• Maintain the delicate balance between operational efficiency, team culture, and customer service
• Forecast, budget, and take complete ownership of your P&Lthis is your bottom line
• Partner with regional leadership on growth strategy, including expansion, market penetration, and customer development
• Instill and enforce a safety-firstmindset across every square foot of the operation
• Make sure products flow out the dooron time, on spec, and on budget

Who You Are:

• Youve run a yard or branch at $15M+ and made it grow
• Youve led operations, sales, logistics, and customer service and held the final accountability for all of it
• You lead from the fronthands-on, boots on the ground, and always tuned in
• You know how to coach up strong teams and hold people accountable
• Youre data-driven but not afraid to trust your gut
• You thrive in a high-volume, fast-turn, customer-focused environment
• You understand the lumber and truss business like the back of your hand
