We are

seeking a Transportation/Roadway Project Manager in Phoenix, AZ
. The ideal candidate will direct and administer the activities of in-house and outsourced teams for client services, schedules, and participate in the technical resources necessary for overall project completion. The role emphasizes high-quality services with a strong focus on client satisfaction. Active leadership and management skills are essential.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and negotiate scopes of work, schedules, and fee proposals.
  • Create and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
  • Perform quality assurance and quality control for project deliverables.
  • Maintain and develop client relationships with municipalities and public agencies.
  • Prepare and participate in project interviews.
  • Supervise, develop, and mentor employees.
  • Participate in executing company strategic initiatives.
  • Requirements
  • BS in Civil Engineering and AZ registered professional engineer required.
  • 10 to 20 years of experience managing roadway engineering projects for public agencies.
  • Ability to plan, organize, supervise, coordinate technical work, and satisfy clients.
  • Proven track record of successful client interaction, including initiating, negotiating contracts, ensuring satisfaction, and securing referrals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Efficient work capacity with effective organizational skills and limited supervision.
