• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have 2–3 years of multi‑unit experience.
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent of 4–7 years of management experience in business, management, or a related field.
• Food Manager’s Permit.
• Serv Safe Certificate.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Basic experience with Microsoft Office and restaurant software.

• Multi‑unit experience is a must.
• Strong business acumen and P&L management experience.
• Ability to influence and drive results through others.

• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to speak and facilitate in a group setting.
• Strong accountability and follow‑up skills.
• Ability to motivate and foster a culture of growth and development.

• Manage weekly schedule approval and ensure store coverage.
• Work side by side with your restaurant leaders in your assigned area.
• Approve all manager time‑off requests.
• Maintain proper store inventory levels based on assigned parses.
• Culture: cultivate a culture of positivity and gratitude within the team.
• Manage bi‑weekly manager group meetings and bi‑monthly shift lead review.
• Facilitate manager one‑on‑ones within the typical Area Manager routine.
• Ensure all stores are visited weekly at a minimum and spend 2–3 days at a time providing direction and feedback to the leadership team.
• Facilitate store operation evaluation monthly and supervise all store financials; develop strategies to improve labor and COGS.
• Develop a pipeline of high‑potential individuals within all locations.
• Assist management teams in ensuring adequate staff levels across all locations and work with People Operations to maintain proper staffing levels for all assigned restaurants.
• Provide weekly market updates to the VP of Operations.
• Facilitate new store setup with brand leadership and training for the first two months of operation.
• Assist with any other day‑to‑day operations as required by upper management.

Position requires qualified individuals to see, hear and speak (verbally and audibly). Required to ascend and descend stairs, sit and stand for extended periods of time, lift up to 50 pounds, bend, stoop and kneel. May be required to work outside in various weather conditions and on a computer for extended periods of time. May be asked to drive or travel by car, air or other transportation for business purposes.

Must be able to function effectively in a fast‑paced working environment.
