• Drive accountability for the performance management of Annual Operating Plan (AOP) Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)
• Maintain operational tempo by ensuring consistent progress and closing feedback loops
• Identify and mitigate risks to OKR success, partnering with teams to develop strategies
• Facilitate departmental annual planning processes and mid‑year adjustments
• Build trust‑based relationships across the organization to foster cross‑functional collaboration

• 5+ years of progressive experience in operations, strategy, program management, or consulting
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence without authority
• Demonstrated experience in managing projects and driving execution in complex environments
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• Master’s degree preferred
• Ability to think critically and develop actionable strategic solutions
• Self‑motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for outcomes
