Assistant Manager

We currently have an Assistant Manager position open for our Paradise Valley, AZ location. As a manager, you will manage the overall team and provide leadership, coaching, development, and direction to all team members. You will be responsible for ensuring financial success and providing exceptional customer service overall to both team members and clients.

• Drive membership sales for the spa
• Effectively manage spa associates, estheticians and therapists while motivating the team in a fun, fast paced environment
• Team Building including interviewing, hiring, training, and scheduling
• Selling memberships and delivering great customer service to existing and new clients
• Maintaining a professional and impeccable spa environment for members, guests and employees
• Meet monthly, quarterly and annual membership, product and gift card goals
• Working various and changing days and hours (weekend days, opening and closing required)
• Expect to work 45-50 hours a week

• Strong sales experience
• A strong attention to detail
• A commitment to excellence
• At least two years experience managing teams
• A passion for people and sales
• High level of enthusiasm
• Strong organizational/planning and computer skills
• Some Retail or sales experience with “membership based” sales model is a huge plus
• Handle administrative tasks including but not limited to payroll, scheduling, inventory, and reporting
• Ability to work flexible schedule including days/evenings/weekends/holidays
• Relevant and successful experience in a hospitality, spa, retail, or fitness setting while holding a position of responsibility

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
