Salary $115,000 - $140,000 per year

Based in Phoenix, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced HVAC Service Manager to join our team in the construction industry. This is a position that offers an exciting opportunity to lead and manage a team of dedicated HVAC technicians and contribute to our company's success. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC service, with a proven track record of managing teams and delivering high-quality work on time and within budget.

This role is a key part of our management team, reporting directly to the Director of Operations, and will be responsible for the overall success of our HVAC service department.

• Oversee and manage all aspects of the HVAC service department, including the scheduling and dispatching of technicians, customer service, quality assurance, and budget management.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency of operations.
• Provide technical support and guidance to the team, ensuring that all work is performed in accordance with company standards and safety regulations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide regular feedback to team members, identifying areas for improvement and arranging for necessary training or coaching.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations, resolving any conflicts or issues that may arise.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and advancements, implementing new technologies or methodologies as appropriate to improve service delivery.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the HVAC service industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment, including installation, maintenance, and repair procedures.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent customer service skills, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Strong problem‑solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Proficient in the use of computer software, including Microsoft Office and HVAC‑specific applications.
• A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel as needed to meet with customers or team members.
