Operations Manager
Our client is a well-established Quick Service Restaurant franchisee who is seeking a Director of Operations for the Phoenix, AZ area.
Their ideal candidate should have integrity, a good work ethic, managerial skills, previous quick service work experience, multi‑unit management experience, and the ability to learn computer systems used in tracking inventory, labor, and sales.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:- The Director of Operations must have proven performance in growing sales, training and developing employees, and controlling costs.
- The Director of Operations must have a minimum of 5 Years’ Multi‑Unit Management experience in Quick Serve restaurants.
- A solid track record in achieving financial results is a must for the Director of Operations.
- A college degree is required for the Director of Operations.
- The Director of Operations must have excellent organizational, planning, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Salary will be commensurate with work experience, and very competitive in the current market. Director of Operations will oversee two District Managers.
In addition to a salary, the Director of Operations receives bonuses, vacation, and health insurance. The work schedule should be flexible and a driver’s license is required. Relocation Package may be available.
