Shift: 11:00am - 8:00pm Sundays plus a day during week off (must be available Saturdays) must be able to travel for 2 weeks for training in Boca FL
A critical component of this role is building and launching a new call center location in Phoenix, Arizona
, working closely with the Boca Raton HQ and the Director of the National Contact Center to ensure a seamless rollout. This includes hiring, training, and managing the Phoenix team and coordinating all operational aspects of the new site. Travel to Boca Raton will be required as part of this key accountability.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high performing inside sales team
- Drive appointment conversion, show rates, and client satisfaction
- Build the Phoenix call center from the ground up—hiring, training, and onboarding
- Partner with HQ and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
- Uphold Hair Club's luxury service standards and brand excellence
- Minimum 10 years of supervisory or team lead experience in high-touch sales, luxury service, or consultative client engagement (call center or hospitality preferred).
- Proven success in coaching, motivating, and managing high-performing teams.
- Experience in launching or building new call center locations
, including hiring, training, and operational setup. - Strong proficiency with Salesforce CRM, Ring Central, or similar platforms.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and emotional intelligence skills.
- Ability to analyze metrics, identify trends, and implement improvement initiatives.
- Experience managing remote or hybrid teams is strongly preferred.
- Flexible availability to support evening/weekend shifts.
Willingness and ability to travel to Boca Raton as required
