Mitigation operations manager

As a Mitigation Operations Manager at Salt River Restoration, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating all aspects of our mitigation services. You’ll ensure that our projects are executed smoothly, on time, and to the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

• Project Oversight:
  Manage day-to-day operations of mitigation projects, including water damage mitigation, mold remediation, and related services.
• Team Leadership:
  Lead, train, and support a team of technicians, ensuring they follow company protocols and safety standards.
• Client Communication:
  Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing clear and compassionate communication throughout the mitigation process.
• Quality Control:
  Ensure all work meets industry standards and regulatory requirements, conducting inspections and quality checks as needed.
• Resource Management:
  Coordinate equipment, materials, and logistics to ensure efficient project flow and timely completion.
