We are seeking a results-driven Operations Manager to oversee and optimize material-related operations across procurement coordination, inventory control, warehousing, and logistics. This role plays a critical part in ensuring operational efficiency, material availability, and seamless execution to support business and project operations.

Material & Inventory Operations
  • Oversee end-to-end material operations, including demand planning, inventory control, warehousing, and material flow.
  • Ensure accurate inventory records through cycle counts, audits, and system reconciliation.
  • Monitor material usage, identify risks related to shortages or excess inventory, and implement mitigation plans.
  • Work closely with procurement and project teams to align material supply with operational needs.
Operational Management & Process Optimization
  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve operational SOPs related to materials, warehouse, and logistics.
  • Analyze operational data and KPIs to drive efficiency, cost optimization, and performance improvement.
  • Identify process gaps and lead cross-functional initiatives to improve material handling and workflow.
  • Support ERP, WMS, or inventory system enhancements and data integrity.
Warehouse & Logistics Oversight
  • Provide strategic oversight of warehouse and logistics operations, including inbound/outbound processes.
  • Manage and evaluate third-party logistics (3PL) providers, carriers, and service partners.
  • Ensure materials are handled, stored, and transported in compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Lead, coach, and develop operations, warehouse, and material management teams.
  • Partner with procurement, engineering, finance, and project management teams to support operational execution.
  • Prepare and present operational reports, dashboards, and performance reviews to leadership.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in operations, material management, logistics, or supply chain roles.
  • Strong understanding of material planning, inventory control, and warehouse operations.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and driving process improvement.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
