Field Supervisor – Janitorial, 1st Shift
Shift: 1st shift: 6am-2:30pm
Pay: $22.00 Per Hour
The Field Supervisor – Janitorial are responsible for the direct oversight of employees of a designated account and/or on a designated shift. They ensure that productivity levels and customer service requirements are met. This is a standing post & driving post, with constant patrolling of the Terminal, Ramp, and Cargo Area.

Position Responsibilities:
- Assist with the training of the cleaning team.
- Oversee and perform cleaning operations in assigned building.
- Manage security of keys and access cards for the property.
- Report work orders for maintenance.
- Oversee quality of jobs and confirm completion with Manager; check supplies, equipment, and chemicals weekly.
- Complete order forms completely and accurately.
- Coordinate equipment usage and inventories.
- Manage daily employee lunches and breaks.
- Maintain daily shift report for managers.
- Perform basic administrative, payroll and Attendance functions (as required).
- Maintain communication with Account Managers to monitor and maintain optimum staffing levels.
- Provide technical guidance, interpret policies and procedures, and assist front-line employees in performing functional tasks.
- Ensure that shift schedules are complete (days off, vacations, etc.) a week in advance.
- Work with leadership to ensure all callouts are covered.
- Accommodate increased/decreased client staffing requests.
- Manage the No-Fault Attendance Policy.
- Perform other duties as assigned or requested.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Good communication skills both written and verbal.
- Two (2) years of Janitorial Supervisor experience is preferred and required.
- Proven ability to manage a large team and/or staff.
