Field Supervisor, Janitorial

The Field Supervisor, Janitorial, is responsible for the direct oversight of employees of a designated account and/or on a designated shift. Responsibilities include ensuring productivity levels and customer service requirements are met, maintaining a standing and driving post, and constantly patrolling the Terminal, Ramp, and Cargo Area.

Shift: 1st shift: 6:00am-2:30pm

Pay: $22.00 Per Hour

• Assist with the training of the cleaning team.
• Oversee and perform cleaning operations in assigned building.
• Manage security of keys and access cards for the property.
• Report work orders for maintenance.
• Oversee quality of jobs and confirm completion with Manager; check supplies, equipment, and chemicals weekly.
• Complete order forms completely and accurately.
• Coordinate equipment usage and inventories.
• Manage daily employee lunches and breaks.
• Maintain daily shift report for managers.
• Perform basic administrative, payroll and attendance functions (as required).
• Maintain communication with Account Managers to monitor and maintain optimum staffing levels.
• Provide technical guidance, interpret policies and procedures, and assist front‑line employees in performing functional tasks.
• Ensure that shift schedules are complete (days off, vacations, etc.) a week in advance.
• Work with leadership to ensure all callouts are covered.
• Accommodate increased / decreased client staffing requests.
• Manage the No‑Fault Attendance Policy.
• Perform other duties as assigned or requested.

• Good communication skills both written and verbal.
• Two (2) years of Janitorial Supervisor experience is preferred and required.
• Proven ability to manage a large team and/or staff.
