Field Supervisor, Janitorial - Overnight (3rd Shift)

ABM Industries is seeking a Field Supervisor to oversee janitorial operations during the overnight 3rd shift.

Phoenix, AZ

Overnight (10:00 pm – 6:30 am)

$22.00 per hour (salary range described).

• Assist with the training of the cleaning team.
• Oversee and perform cleaning operations in the assigned building.
• Manage security of keys and access cards for the property.
• Report work orders for maintenance.
• Oversee the quality of jobs and confirm completion with Manager; check supplies, equipment, and chemicals weekly.
• Complete order forms completely and accurately.
• Coordinate equipment usage and inventories.
• Manage daily employee lunches and breaks.
• Maintain daily shift report for managers.
• Perform basic administrative, payroll and attendance functions (as required).
• Maintain communication with Account Managers to monitor and maintain optimum staffing levels.
• Provide technical guidance, interpret policies and procedures, and assist front‑line employees in performing functional tasks.
• Ensure shift schedules are complete (days off, vacations, etc.) a week in advance.
• Work with leadership to ensure all callouts are covered.
• Accommodate increased / decreased client staffing requests.
• Manage the No‑Fault Attendance Policy.
• Perform other duties as assigned or requested.

• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Two (2) years of Janitorial Supervisor experience (preferred and required).
• Proven ability to manage a large team and/or staff.
