Vice President – Arizona Operations
Location:
Phoenix, AZ | Base pay range: $175,000 – $250,000 per year.
Lead a high-performing commercial roofing operation, shape strategy, and drive growth with full autonomy and big-picture impact.
Job Details- Strategic Growth & Leadership – Lead the Arizona commercial roofing division to hit revenue, margin, and EBITDA goals; drive strategic initiatives aligned with the company’s long‑term growth vision; strengthen relationships with owners, GCs, asset managers, and key commercial clients; expand brand presence and diversify roofing service offerings.
- Operational Oversight – Oversee estimating, project management, service, production, and safety teams; ensure quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction across all projects; implement operational standards and safety programs; manage forecasting, budgeting, KPIs, and WIP meetings.
- People & Culture – Build, coach, and develop a high‑performing local team; cultivate a culture of safety, communication, integrity, and professionalism; drive engagement, accountability, and long‑term retention.
- Business Development – Support BD and marketing efforts through networking and key account management; attend industry associations and events to strengthen market presence; utilize CRM/ERP platforms to manage pipeline and forecasting.
- Financial Management – Full P&L ownership of the Arizona region; ensure accurate job costing, cash flow, accounts receivable health, and contract compliance; oversee administrative reporting, operations reviews, and financial transparency.
- 7+ years of leadership experience in commercial roofing, construction, or related services.
- Proven success leading teams and managing full P&L.
- Strong business development, client management, and operational oversight background.
- Strategic thinker who can execute tactically.
- Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Business preferred.
- High‑impact leadership role overseeing a full business unit.
- Strong compensation package.
