The Opportunity

We are seeking a Vice President / Senior Vice President, Business Development to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strengthening client relationships, building strategic partnerships, and expanding our market presence in healthcare real estate. This role requires a dynamic leader with proven success in originating and closing complex transactions, deep market knowledge, and the ability to align business development with broader corporate strategy.

Consideration for Senior Vice President title may be given based on experience, qualifications, and demonstrated track record of success.

The position will be preferably based in Phoenix, AZ;
San Diego, CA; or Denver, CO.
However, consideration will be given for other major Western U.S. including Seattle, WA;
Salt Lake City, UT; or San Francisco, CA.

The anticipated compensation includes a minimum annual base salary of $200,000, plus participation in a key incentive bonus plan. Final compensation will be determined by factors such as experience, qualifications, and geographic location.

How you’ll contribute

Business Development & Market Growth

  • Generate new business in fee for service and owned opportunities through healthcare real estate development, acquisitions, structured finance, management, and advisory services.
  • Serve as a member of the business development team to execute the firm’s growth strategy for the Western U.S. by strengthening existing relationships and pursuing new opportunities.
