• Perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks across the hotel, including plumbing, lighting, appliances, and HVAC systems
• Troubleshoot issues quickly and efficiently to keep operations running smoothly
• Work on painting, carpentry, and small renovation projects, gaining hands‑on experience in multiple trades
• Monitor and maintain building systems, including electrical, mechanical, and fire/life safety equipment
• Conduct preventive maintenance and regular inspections to ensure a safe, reliable environment
• Maintain an organized inventory of tools, supplies, and materials
• Deliver excellent service to staff and guests by resolving maintenance issues promptly and professionally

• 1-2+ years maintenance experience in hospitality required
• General Maintenance Eng 2
• 3+ years maintenance experience in hospitality required
• General Maintenance Eng 3
• 5+ years maintenance experience in hospitality required
• Proficient with a wide range of maintenance tools and equipment
• Strong mechanical aptitude with excellent troubleshooting skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast‑paced environment
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on providing outstanding customer service
