We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team at Adeline, a new high‑rise apartment community in the heart of downtown Phoenix. This full‑time position plays a key role in maintaining the safety, functionality, and overall appearance of the property while delivering exceptional service to our residents.

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs to ensure the property meets all safety and quality standards
• Maintain apartments, common areas, buildings, equipment, and amenities in excellent working condition
• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents, ensuring they are move‑in ready
• Respond promptly and professionally to resident service requests
• Provide outstanding customer service and maintain positive resident relationships
• Participate in on‑call emergency maintenance, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
