Job Description
Beloform Craft is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Crew Members to join our growing team in Phoenix, AZ. This role is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and organization across assigned facilities while upholding company standards and safety protocols. The ideal candidate is reliable, efficient, and committed to delivering consistent results in a structured and professional environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine and deep cleaning tasks in commercial or assigned facilities
- Maintain floors, restrooms, work spaces, and common areas to company standards
- Handle cleaning equipment and supplies responsibly and safely
- Follow established health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
- Report maintenance issues or supply shortages promptly
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficiency and quality - Maintain punctuality and professional conduct at all times
