Ferguson is currently seeking an individual to fill an immediate need for a Lead Fabrication Associate.

* Schedule:

M-F 5:00am-1:30pm (OT possible/ Occasional Saturdays required)**##
** Responsibilities
* ** Prioritize workflow through the shop and use all resources to implement tasks efficiently and effectively to meet deadlines
* Identify all tools required for tasks
* Identify safety risks and the precautions required to eliminate those risks
* Responsible for performance metrics, process improvement, and lean thinking
* Prepare, fabricate, install, and fit pipe to specifications
* Install valves, hangers, supports, flanges inside piping system according to plans, and applicable specifications
* Perform test to ensure the quality of the pipe and the piping systems
* Hoist loads using slings, chains, shackles, hooks, cables, and other rigging equipment##
** Qualifications
* ** 1+ years of direct supervisory/management experience as a job site foreman, fab shop supervisor, or project manager
* 5+ years experience in the mechanical contracting or process piping industry preferred
* Welding or fabrication experience is required
* Illustrate detailed knowledge of pipe fitting procedures and skills
* Previous experience in Fire Protection/ Fire Suppression contracting or process piping industry with pipe fitting processes preferred
* Must have good problem-solving abilities
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with individual contributors, teams, peers, and leadership
* Must be able to work occasional weekends

- ** Pay Range:**-$22.31 - $35.71
- *** Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles
* OR
* Hourly for all other roles.***-This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
