We are a large regional property management firm looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at the Retreat Apartments in Phoenix, AZ.

The ideal candidate will have experience in all trades and be very customer service focused. Some duties will include cleaning grounds, offices, common areas, completing maintenance service requests, appliance repairs, painting, apartment turnovers, taking emergency calls and more!

Responsibilities

• Clean grounds, offices, and common areas
• Complete maintenance service requests and appliance repairs
• Paint and handle apartment turnovers
• Take emergency calls and respond to maintenance issues
• Perform duties across trades as needed

Qualifications

• Prefer at least 2 years of apartment maintenance experience on a 200-unit property
• Experience in plumbing, electrical, A/C, and other trades
• Customer service attitude, flexibility, and ability to work in a team environment
• As a condition of employment, all employees must acknowledge and consent to the possibility of audio recordings being made during the performance of their work duties
• Reliable transportation is required
• Availability to work on-call rotation
