Liv Communities is looking for a hands‑on, energetic Maintenance Tech I to help keep our beautiful Liv Ahwatukee community in top shape! If you love working outdoors, staying active, and making an immediate impact, this is the role for you.
What You’ll Do- Assist with landscaping
- Maintain exteriors, hallways, and community spaces
- Support pool upkeep and daily inspections
- Complete light repairs and service requests
- Work closely with residents, contractors, and your maintenance team
- A reliable, team‑oriented problem solver
- Comfortable with physical tasks (walking, lifting, stairs)
- Willing to work some weekends/overtime
- Completion of a Fair Housing seminar within one year
