• Leading a team as they complete various projects
• Ability to update and direct work schedules efficiently
• Participate in the development of preventive maintenance programs and preparing cost estimates for repair services
• Ensure systems meet standards for security, compliance, and operational excellence.
• Foster a culture of continuous growth, learning, accountability, and high performance.
• Guide career development paths and support succession planning for key technical roles.
• Lead or participate in hiring for all engineering positions.

• Have 5+ years of leadership experience in facilities maintenance (preferably in a hotel)
• Strong technical knowledge and experience with a variety of machines, tools and equipment
