• Service, repair, and recommend replacement options for all types of heating and cooling systems
• Perform thorough system inspections to prevent future issues
• Troubleshoot, adapt, and resolve all issues to keep equipment functioning properly
• Build trust through technical expertise and excellent customer communication
• Maintain strong relationships with customers through quality service and education
• Collaborate effectively with dispatch, management, parts, and installation teams
• Share positive experiences about Climate Pro with satisfied customers

• EPA Certification (Required)
• 1 year HVAC sales (Required)
