Shipping Clerk Position Job Site:
Irwindale, CA Pay: $18/hr schedule: 1st shift: (Open to work Overtime and Weekends when needed)
- Set up the order priorities and the workflow
- Prepare shipping paperwork for the team to load trucks
- Reply to messages on our Whats App Threads
- Reply to Emails and Print Paperwork
- Check in Drivers and Will / Call Customers
- Work in a fast-paced environment
- Work well with pressure and meeting deadlines
- Work with WMS system
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a plus
- Bilingual:
English/Spanish - Previous experience working in a warehouse setting
- Experience with Computers – Outlook, Word, Excel
- Customer Service experience
- Good communication skills and a Quick Learner
- Organization and detailed oriented
