Desert Dimensions Properties is launching an in-house services division to support our residential portfolio. We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented House Cleaner to join a two-person team providing high-quality cleaning services across single-family homes, condominiums, seasonal rentals, and our office space.

This role supports consistent cleanliness standards, faster turnaround times, and clear communication for our Tenants and internal team.

• Perform all categories of residential cleaning, including:
  • Move-in and move-out turnover cleans
  • Deep cleans
  • Recurring and occupied home cleans
  • Seasonal and short-term rental refreshes
• Handle laundry and linen changes for short-term and seasonal rentals
• Clean the office during scheduled off-hours
• Complete most cleanings within a target window of 2–4 hours per home
• Move lightweight appliances, such as refrigerators, stoves, and washers, to clean surrounding areas when needed
• Travel throughout Maricopa County using a personal vehicle (mileage reimbursement provided per company policy)
• Update job progress, notes, photos, and completion details in App Folio
• Communicate professionally with Tenants and internally with supervisors and team members
• Uphold Desert Dimensions’ standards for reliability, communication, and cleanliness
• Maintain a safe, organized set of cleaning supplies and equipment (provided by employer)

• Prior experience in residential, turnover, housekeeping, or janitorial cleaning
• Comfort working within a two-person team structure
• Reliable transportation and a valid Arizona driver’s license
• Strong communication skills with consistent responsiveness via phone and text
• Ability to meet time targets while maintaining quality standards
• Ability to move light appliances as needed for cleaning access

• Background check
• Motor vehicle record check
• Drug screening

• Frequent standing,, reaching, kneeling, and movement throughout the day
• Ability to safely move lightweight appliances for cleaning access
• Regular exposure to standard household cleaning products
• Full-time, W-2 position
• Daytime schedule, Monday through Friday
• Compensation based on experience, with mileage reimbursement provided
