The Role
As a Maintenance Manager with Pavestone, you are responsible for:
- Oversight of the Maintenance Operations Personnel
- Implementing a Preventative Maintenance Program (with documentation and record keeping that isلوث easily accessible)
- Diagnosing Mechanical Problems and Determining how to Correct Them
- Dismantling and Reassembling Plant and Machinery Equipment
- Assisting in the selection and installation of replacement equipment
- Constructing replacement parts to specification (fabrication)
- Evaluating cost and inventory control
- Conducting safety inspections (OSHA, EPA, and company compliance)
- Utilizing a CMMS program
- Conduct electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, PLC, and conveyor system diagnostics.
- Perform root‑cause analysis and implement solutions.
- Have experience in industrial maintenance, electrical work, management, and safety procedures.
- Be comfortable working in a dusty, climate‑controlled industrial environment.
- Expectations may include passing a drug test and a physical exam.*
