Position: Maintenance Technician I

Maintenance Technician

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral healthcare agency offering a variety of programs throughout Arizona, including residential, outpatient, inpatient, medication‑assisted treatment, and crisis services for individuals experiencing crisis, opioid use disorder, homelessness, and mental illness.

Job Summary

The Maintenance Technician provides maintenance services as needed, assisting in a wide variety of maintenance activities, addressing immediate operational and safety concerns, assisting skilled trades, and ensuring tools and materials are maintained and available at job sites.

Responsibilities

  • Perform general maintenance tasks across facilities.
  • Assist skilled trades when required.
  • Address operational and safety concerns promptly.
  • Maintain tools and materials in good working condition.

Requirements

  • High School Graduate/GED or equivalent.
  • Minimum 21 years of age.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to provide a 39‑month MVR.
  • Fingerprint clearance card (Residential).
