Maintenance/cleaning Clerk

• Keep the venue safe and clean at all times, including cleaning and disinfecting all fixtures, floors, mirrors, doors, and walls of restrooms; keeping all guest‑facing areas free of trash; and restocking restroom paper materials and hygiene products as needed.
• Maintain neat and orderly work areas; clean equipment and assist with other cleaning duties as assigned.
• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and perform scheduled maintenance repairs during machine service.
• Show care by participating in the venue’s sustainability program, including sorting waste, collecting recycling, and educating fans about our efforts.
• Partner with fellow team members to close the venue after shows, including collecting recyclables from lawns and reserved sections, and properly storing event equipment such as lawn chairs and barricades.
• Perform machinist duties and responsibilities.
• Use mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting, and repair skills on production machines.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
• Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test, and make adjustments.
• Perform preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities.
• Perform plumbing maintenance and carpentry functions.
• Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment.
• Detect faulty operations and report any unusual situations to supervision.
• Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
• Perform all other duties as assigned or needed.

• High school diploma/GED and completion of a craft apprenticeship, or an equivalent number of years of education and production maintenance experience.
• AA degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance is a plus.
• Highly motivated and able to work independently.
• Position requires constant walking, climbing stairs, lifting and carrying 50 lbs. or more, and occasional sitting.
