Responsibilities- Keep the venue safe and clean at all times, including cleaning and disinfecting all fixtures, floors, mirrors, doors, and walls of restrooms; keeping all guest‑facing areas free of trash; and restocking restroom paper materials and hygiene products as needed.
- Maintain neat and orderly work areas; clean equipment and assist with other cleaning duties as assigned.
- Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and perform scheduled maintenance repairs during machine service.
- Show care by participating in the venue’s sustainability program, including sorting waste, collecting recycling, and educating fans about our efforts.
- Partner with fellow team members to close the venue after shows, including collecting recyclables from lawns and reserved sections, and properly storing event equipment such as lawn chairs and barricades.
- Perform machinist duties and responsibilities.
- Use mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting, and repair skills on production machines.
- Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
- Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test, and make adjustments.
- Perform preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities.
- Perform plumbing maintenance and carpentry functions.
- Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment.
- Detect faulty operations and report any unusual situations to supervision.
- Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
- Perform all other duties as assigned or needed.
- High school diploma/GED and completion of a craft apprenticeship, or an equivalent number of years of education and production maintenance experience.
- AA degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance is a plus.
- Highly motivated and able to work independently.
- Position requires constant walking, climbing stairs, lifting and carrying 50 lbs. or more, and occasional sitting.
