Audio Visual Integration Technician – Join CTI in Phoenix, AZ.

Base Pay: $20.00/hr - $30.00/hr (DOE)

• Install audio, video, control systems, and video‑conferencing equipment.
• Fabricate racks and pull/terminate a variety of cables.
• Read and interpret drawings and blueprints.
• Perform system maintenance and service calls.
• Travel 25‑30% outside your metro area (company paid).
• Complete additional tasks as assigned.

• Associate’s degree preferred; experience and skill level considered.
• Minimum 2+ years of audio‑visual installation experience.
• Strong customer‑service skills and a customer‑facing mindset.
• Positive, proactive attitude with willingness to learn.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds, valid driver’s license, own vehicle, and pass background checks.
