The Field Service Technician I will perform functions related to product readiness for patient utilization on a wide range of rental and customer‑owned medical products. This includes cleaning, disinfecting, operational checks, and minor repairs of Baxter and non‑Baxter products.

• Move and inspect medical products within customer accounts, service centers, and healthcare facilities.
• Load and unload Baxter products and maneuver equipment in truck beds.
• Troubleshoot and evaluate repairs; perform routine cleaning and preventive maintenance.
• Provide on‑call coverage up to 24/7, including weekends and holidays.
• Enter and retrieve information using electronic devices (smartphone, tablet, PC).
• Demonstrate product use to hospital staff and caregivers.
• Sustain a clean and safe work environment, including 5S activities.
• Safely operate company vehicles (cargo van to 26,000‑lb truck). Ability to lift up to 65 lbs.
• Wear proper PPE; complete safety and compliance modules.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum age 21 years.
• Valid driver’s license.
• DOT physical card (obtain and maintain).

Estimated base salary: $43,200 – $59,400 annually.
