OverviewEnterprise Mobility is seeking a responsible, hard‑working person to join our team as a Tire and Lube Technician. This position is based out of the Remarketing Lot at 1800 W Watkins St. and the Sky Harbor Airport Service Center at the Sky Harbor Airport Vehicle Rental Facility.

- $250 boots & tools stipend paid 90 days after start date (and another $250 each year!)
- 1st Shift: Sunday – Wednesday 6:00 am – 4:30 pm / Wednesday – Saturday 6:00 am – 4:30 pm
- 2nd Shift: Tuesday – Saturday 2:30 pm – 11:00 pm
- Remarketing Lot 2nd Shift: Monday – Friday 2:30 pm – 11:00 pm
- Saturday and Sunday shifts receive an additional $2.50 hr premium.
- 1st Shift pays $19.00 /hr (up to $20.00 /hr with 2 years of experience); 2nd shift adds $1 /hr plus $1 /hr for A5 brake certification and $.50 /hr for each ASE certification (A1, A2, A4‑A8).
Hourly rate starts at $19.00 /hr for 1st shift (up to $20.00 /hr with 2 years experience); add another $1 /hr for 2nd shift plus shift premium and certification bonuses as described above.
Responsibilities- Perform comprehensive vehicle maintenance inspections including tires, brakes, and all fluid levels.
- Execute preventive maintenance (oil change and tire rotation) per manufacturer specifications and guidelines.
- Repair and replace tires and other wearables such as bulbs and wipers.
- Maintain accurate repair history by documenting Repair Orders with steps taken and parts used.
- Comply with part and inventory tracking procedures.
- May process new fleet, fuel reclamation, or buy‑backs.
- Maintain a safe and clean work area.
- Perform other related duties as required.
- Minimum 18 years old.
- At least 1 year of professional mechanical automotive repair experience within the last 5 years.
- Ownership of standard hand tools for basic maintenance and repair.
- Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at‑fault accidents in the past 3 years.
- No drug or alcohol convictions on driving record within the past 3 years (DUI/DWI).
- Willingness to take and pass a pre‑employment drug test.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship.
