Our Client, a Food Service company, is looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator for their Phoenix, AZ location.
Responsibilities:Purchase Order Tracking & Execution
- Track and trace purchase orders from placement through final delivery.
- Monitor order status, shipment milestones, and delivery performance against agreed timelines.
- Identify delays, shortages, or discrepancies and proactively

* * risks. - Maintain accurate purchase order and shipment data in ERP and tracking systems.
- Act as a primary point of contact for suppliers, freight forwarders, carriers, and 3PL partners.
- Work with partners to coordinate shipment schedules, documentation, and delivery appointments.
- Communicate order changes, exceptions, and priorities clearly to vendors and logistics teams.
- Support vendor performance tracking and issue resolution.
- Analyze supply chain datasets to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Create and maintain reports related to order status, lead times, service level performance, and inventory flow.
- Support root cause analysis for late deliveries, shortages, and cost variances.
- Assist in developing dashboards and KPIs for supply chain visibility.
- Partner with Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Finance, and Customer Service teams to align execution.
- Support demand and supply alignment through accurate and timely data sharing.
- Assist with continuous improvement initiatives related to process efficiency and data accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with internal processes, vendor agreements, and logistics requirements.
- Maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to order tracking and logistics coordination.
- Support audits, data clean‑up, and system enhancements as needed.
