We are currently looking for a Dispatcher who excels at building strong relationships with co-workers, managers, and service technicians. In this role, you’ll be the vital link that keeps our operations running smoothly, while also maintaining excellent communication with customers throughout the day.

• Dispatch the right technician to the right job at the right time
• Deliver exceptional customer service and clear communication
• Coordinate daily schedules in partnership with service managers
• Assist with various clerical tasks to support daily operations

• Prior dispatch experience
• Experience in residential plumbing, electrical, or drain service & repair is a strong plus
• You’re organized, proactive, and a true team player
• You thrive on multitasking and take pride in problem-solving
