• The candidate will work on complex commercial and business litigation matters.

• At least 2-4 years of law firm experience; a strong academic record; thorough familiarity with applicable federal, state and local rules; strong writing, research, and interpersonal skills; a comfort level with managing competing deadlines; and interest in learning new things.
• Experience with taking depositions, briefing and arguing dispositive and discovery motions, and interfacing with clients is preferred.
• Admission to the State Bar of Arizona is required.
